She is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC), Certified trainer (CIDTT), and Keynote speaker with 20 years of experience in science as a researcher, communicator, and administrator. She is also a passionate advocate for women in science and has co-led the Gender Summit 16 in Singapore. Dr. Lakshmi has co-created the Enoughness Coaching Programme to help professionals overcome imposter syndrome and become self-empowered. She has co-authored Roomies/Foodies, an award-winning memoir-recipe book. She lives in Singapore with her husband and two little boys.

Dr. Magda Chelly is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker who works to make women in cyber a standard and not an exception. She is the co-founder of Responsible Cyber Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based startup with NUS Enterprise and Singtel Innov8 as its shareholders. She is a strong activist for women in cybersecurity and founded in 2016, a non-profit group called Women on Cyber. This group is supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives in the cybersecurity industry. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Executive Summit at Black Hat Asia. Dr. Magda speaks 5 languages fluently.
