About This Event
-Do you feel like you always need to be perfect? Do you feel like you do not deserve what you have
achieved?
-This session will help you unpack imposter syndrome, recognize it when it surfaces for you or for someone on your team.
- We will also share some practical tools and mindset shifts that can help deal with it.
Lavinia will help us identify Imposter Syndrome in ourselves and in our teams. You'll walk away with tips and techniques to help banish imposter syndrome.

Lavinia Thanapathy

Lavinia Thanapathy is a LinkedIn Top Voice and TEDx Speaker on Navigating Change. She is the co-author of “Unleash Your Voice, Powerful Public Speaking for Every Woman”. In addition to LinkedIn, Lavinia has a significant digital presence on multiple platforms where she has moderated for large digital communities. Lavinia is the founding chair of Inspiring Girls Singapore and has held board roles in several organisations including the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations and HCA Hospice Care. Lavinia is a lawyer by education and has had a 20 year career in branding & communications. Lavinia is from Singapore and is based in Berlin, Germany
