Budhaditya Bhattacharya is the founder of WAYV Digital, helping to formulate and execute growth strategies for social impact businesses. WAYV Digital provides business coaching, technology consultancy and skills development services for startups, scale ups and corporates with a focus on tackling the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. He is a digital nomad with a background in technology and experience in strategic innovation management, and has helped architect solutions to solve key business challenges in the fields of Education, Healthcare as well as Disability-care.

He is also the ambassador for CITY AI, Singapore, a not-for-profit community of AI practitioners, developers, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts exploring the applications of AI. Singapore is one of 60+ cities around the world dedicated towards building a high-profile network, providing engaging events & curating top-trending content with a goal to multiply the AI talent pool and allow for better application of AI globally.

Pinkstripes is a career ecosystem platform which helps talented women who are seeking flexible and diversity friendly workplaces to re-launch and grow in their careers through mentoring, upskilling and access to right opportunities.

Seema Mishra is a senior technology leader with over two decades of industry experience in building and launching digital products internationally for banks, healthcare, and insurance. She strongly believes in the power of mentoring, diversity and better work culture design to enable sustainable careers. Whilst building regional and global teams and based on her personal experience post a geographic move from Europe to Singapore, – she understood first hand the struggle women go through. They either quit or stop growing in workforce during the period 27-38 years of age. She has successfully devised and rolled out mentoring programs for men and women within corporate for global technology teams and is keen to enable the same for women who seek to launch in technology at a wider level.

Pinkstripes is a career ecosystem platform for women careers which focuses on helping women re-launch, sustain and grow their careers through upskilling, providing access to opportunities, mentoring and networking through close collaboration with the industry, academia and government. Our mission is to enable women to overcome systemic barriers and pursue a meaningful career in technology in Singapore, the Asia Pacific region and India. Our vision is to build an ecosystem where we craft solutions with the industry to enable active women participation in the workforce.

We understand that, sometimes plans change. If you can no longer make it to a class or workshop, please email us at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. No refunds will be given to cancellations made within a week of the class or workshop.
