About the Panelists

Nicola Stephens

Nicola Stephens
Agile Coach and Facilitator

Nicola Stephens is Agile Coach and Trainer with over two decades of work experience. Her background has been in project management. She has had the joy of working with agile methodologies in multiple technologies, products and industries. She helps organizations navigate their agile transformations. She is also a coach and train teams to adopt and improve their agile methods and practices to deliver business value to clients.

She also facilitates design sprints, team building and strategic planning workshops to help organizations and teams look at the future and determine how best to achieve their ambitions.
