Dr Lakshmi Ramachandran, Ph.D. is a professional development expert for individuals and teams in STEM, especially Science, Technology, and Healthcare. She is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC), Certified trainer (CIDTT), and Keynote speaker with 20 years of experience in science as a researcher, communicator, and administrator. She is also a passionate advocate for women in science and has co-led the Gender Summit 16 in Singapore. Dr. Lakshmi has co-created the Enoughness Coaching Programme to help professionals overcome imposter syndrome and become self-empowered. She has co-authored Roomies/Foodies, an award-winning memoir-recipe book. She lives in Singapore with her husband and two little boys.
Chandan Deep

Chandan currently leads Twitter’s emerging business for SEA. She is responsible for building Twitter’s presence and exploring commercial opportunities in 5 markets across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Prior to this role, she headed Twitter's Sales Strategy and Operations across India, SEA, and Middle East and was the partner to the MD on driving revenue and entering multiple new markets in the region.
She brings strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, having worked in management consulting for several years with BCG and Accenture. She has deep experience across emerging markets, with growth strategy being a key area of interest.
Chandan is a keen champion for women's initiatives in tech and has previously led Twitter's Super Women at Twitter (SWAT) efforts in APAC. She was also on the Executive Chair of Connected Women, a group that focuses on networking and professional development opportunities across Google, FB, LinkedIn, and many others.
